41st Annual Pionairs APC/AGM - YYC - May 4, 2018

The one day format of the conference and business meeting will take place on Friday, May 4th, 2018 at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Hotel in Calgary, Alberta. For those of you wishing to stay at the hotel, a special rate of $149.00 per night plus taxes is offered. You can book your room by dialing 1-403-291-0192. Please note that the booking deadline for this special rate is April 2nd, 2018.

Schedule of Events

08:00 – 09:00: Registration for members and spouses/partners at the Sheraton Ballroom foyer.

09:00 – 10:30: Pionairs conference in the Sheraton Ballroom.
Reports from the Pionairs Executives and Pension representatives. Your Executive Committee and Directors from our 15 Districts will be in attendance.

10:30 – 11:50: Air Canada Information Session
Guest speakers from Air Canada.

11:50 – 12:30: Floor Question period
Following the presentations, Pionairs and Air Canada representatives will reply to your questions.

12:30 – 14:00: Luncheon
A buffet luncheon will be set up in the Sheraton ballroom. Cost: $25 including tax and gratuity.

14:00 – 15:00: Pionairs Annual Meeting
For the Annual Meeting, the Treasurer will present the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2017, as reviewed by our Public Accountant (the Exchange Group), and you will be asked to ratify the election of the Director nominees for the Membership Director, Communications Director, and Vancouver District Director for the 2018-2020 mandate, and the appointment of the Public Accountant.
